As a former cross country and Track and Field athlete, movement coach, trauma-informed mental performance trainer and founder of PAINRUNGRIT, I’ve lived the highs and lows of high-performance. I know what it means to be disciplined. To reinvent yourself. To fail and get back up. To build strength from the inside out.
